Terms & Conditions – PLEASE (the Event)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket holders and attendees (“you”) of PLEASE (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Application

  • Attendance is by application and host approval only.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our sole discretion.

  • You must be 25+ and able to provide valid ID on request.

2. Consent, Conduct & Safety

  • This is a consent-first space. All interaction must be:

    • Explicitly consensual (enthusiastic “yes”),

    • Revocable at any time, and

    • Respectful of boundaries, verbal and non-verbal.

  • No means no. Maybe means no. Silence means no.

  • Aggressive, coercive, abusive, shaming, or non-consensual behaviour will result in immediate removal from the Event with no refund.

  • Hosts and support staff (“the team”) have full discretion to pause or remove any guest whose behaviour jeopardises safety, consent, or the vibe of the space.

3. Confidentiality & Discretion

  • You agree to respect the privacy and anonymity of all attendees.

  • You must not share names, identities, or identifying details of other guests without their explicit consent.

  • Discreet, private conduct is expected before, during, and after the Event (including on social media and in messaging apps).

4. Health, Alcohol & Substances

  • You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

  • If you have any health conditions that may be affected by erotic, group, or emotionally charged environments, please consult a professional before attending.

  • No illegal drugs or substances are permitted at the Event or Venue.

  • Alcohol may be served; you are expected to drink responsibly. If you appear intoxicated to the point of impacting consent or safety, you may be asked to step back, rest, or leave—no refund will be given.

5. Personal Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your own boundaries and choices.

  • You are free to opt in or out of any interaction, activity, or experience at any time.

  • The team holds space and offers guidance, but does not provide medical, psychological, or legal services.

6. Ticket Purchase & Refunds

a) Change of mind / can’t attend

  • No refunds are offered if you:

    • Change your mind,

    • Are no longer able to attend,

    • Fail to show up, or

    • Are removed for breaching these Terms.

b) Event reschedule or cancellation (by hosts)

  • We reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, Venue issues, illness, safety concerns, government restrictions).

  • If the Event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.

  • If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will offer a full refund.

  • Any booking or transaction fees charged by third-party platforms may be non-refundable.

7. Photography & Devices

  • To protect privacy, no personal photography, video, or recording is allowed during the Event under any circumstances.

8. Property, Damage & Loss

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your property.

  • You agree to treat the Venue and all facilities with care.

  • You may be held liable for intentional or negligent damage you cause to the Venue, furnishings, or equipment.

9. Liability & Indemnity

  • You attend the Event at your own risk.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the hosts, organisers, team members, and Venue:

    • Are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage you may suffer in connection with the Event, and

    • Are not responsible for your choices, interactions, or consequences arising from them.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hosts, organisers, and Venue against any claims arising from your actions at or in connection with the Event.

10. Privacy & Data

  • Application and ticket information is collected to:

    • Assess suitability and alignment for the Event,

    • Communicate Event details, and

    • Maintain safety and consent-based culture.

  • Your personal data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law or essential Event providers (e.g., payment processors, booking platforms).

11. Right to Refuse Entry

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

    • Breaches these Terms.

    • Creates an unsafe or disruptive environment, or

    • Is deemed unsuitable for the Event at our discretion.

  • No refund will be given in these circumstances.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
